My Vow to my beautiful wife!

My Vow to my beautiful wife!

I’ve written this vow to my wife a little while ago. I told her about it and how it made me feel and how she means to me. I’m sharing this now. Oh, if my wifey is reading this, I’m excited and proud to be your husband!

The first time I met you, I was so happy that we met. When I dropped you off at your car, I knew I wanted to see again. After the second date, I started to fall in love and even to this day, I can still feel and remember that night when we had our first kiss. Even today my feeling for you have been growing stronger. I’m excited that on this day, we’re taking the next leap of our journey together.

And someone like Dr. Horrible might say:

This is a declaration of my love as your husband! I Frank, will be by your side for better or for worst. And, like a Klingon man about to become a husband. I swear to join you and stand with you against all who would oppose you. Even if that means against the most powerful super-villains in the world. I will cherish, honor you, and love for the rest of my life. For my heart only beats for you!

Journal Entry – 10152018

This month, I completed my psychical therapy for my neck and upper back. It feels sooo… much better and stronger than before. I was giving some exercises to help maintain it. In addition, they gave me a shirt that on the back it says “If broke, return to Apex Therapy.” I’m going to see Dr. Chien in December to follow-up.

Since I could remember, I’ve had Kaiser all of my life, but I decided to switch to Blue Shield. Since I’m using a different medical provider, I’m trying to migrate my old medical records from Kaiser to Blue Shield. I had to fill out the forum with my birth date, medical record number, and what information I want to Blue Shield to have. Which I find it interesting because the options provided were “Last two years” or “Specified” and I was thinking that if I choose “Last two years” that I might get only a year worth of records. Since I have not been with kaiser for a year now and the staff might look at the forum and think “hrmm… OK, I’m going to set the date from Nov 15th, 2017 to Nov 15th, 2018” and I would only get a year worth of records on a DVD.

Last, I’m going to be in London, UK this month with Stef, and really excited. I’m going to be there for a week and I’m going to do a lot of stuff! Like sightseeing, eating (Hello pubs), and not having to worry about work (pss… boss if you’re reading this sorry I deleted all of my emails. JK). A few things that I hope to see is the giant clock tower that looks a grandfather’s clock but bigger called Big Ben, Castles, and Harry Potter. Stef and I did our research on how to get around in London and we got an Oyster card where we can use it to pay for our bus and subway fare and All so, in London they have Uber (Though I’m not a fan of Uber, I like Lyft better) that we can use to get around as well if we can not use the bus nor subway system.

Journal Entry – 09152018 Back Pain (Continue…)

A while go, I got to see my spinal doctor again and we reviewed the MRI scan together. From what we learn from the MRI is that my lower neck/upper back, my disks between the neck bones have become herniated. Meaning that the disks are out-of-place and pressing against my spinal cord. The doctor says that it does not look too bad and I’ll make a full recovery. The numbness in my right arm feel like it’s back to normal and I do not feel any pain from back as well. I am for the time being, I’m doing some physical therapy to help strengthen my inner neck and my upper back muscles that help support my upper back and neck. My progress has been improving steadily and my back is feels much better because of the physical therapy I’m doing.

Since my back has healed, I started playing my cello again, I realize that I have to take it slow, be aware of my posture, and try to stay relax as possible. Because, I notice that when I’m practicing, I tense up. I start to feel a lot of discomfort in my upper back and have to stop practicing for the day. It goes the same for work as I have learned to relax and be mind full of my posture. I took some time on the weekend to improved my work space condition, I have a standing desk that I have adjusted to help me become more comfortable during work for longer hours. In addition, I got a floor mat to help me stand comfortably when I’m standing at my desk as well.
